    Multipl Skleroz Öz Yönetim Ölçeğinin Türk Toplumuna Uyarlanması: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması
    (Dokuz Eylul University, 2025) Tosun, Anil; Eroglu, Nermın
    Giriş: Multipl Skleroz (MS), fiziksel ve psikolojik hasara neden olan ve oldukça değişken prognoza sahip kronik, otoimmün bir hastalıktır. Bireylerin fiziksel olarak bağımlı hale gelmesine neden olan semptom tedavisi dışında öz bakım becerilerinin geliştirilmesi oldukça önemlidir. Amaç: Araştırma Multipl Skleroz Öz Yönetim Ölçeği (MS-ÖYÖ) Türk toplumuna uyarlanması amacıyla metodolojik olarak planlandı ve uygulandı. Yöntemler: Araştırma, Temmuz 2019-Mayıs 2020 tarihleri arasında bir üniversite hastanesinin nöroloji kliniğine başvuran multipl sklerozlu bireylerle gerçekleştirilmiştir. MSSM-R’nin geçerlik ve güvenirliği 169 katılımcı ile test edilmiştir. Yapı geçerliliği doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (AMOS) ile incelenmiş, test–tekrar test güvenilirliği eşleştirilmiş örneklem t-testleri ve Pearson korelasyon analizi ile değerlendirilmiş ve iç tutarlılık Cronbach’s alpha ile belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca madde analizleri de yapılmıştır. Bulgular: MS-ÖYÖ geçerliği dil geçerliği, yapı geçerliği (DFA) ve kapsam geçerliği ile değerlendirilmiştir. Güvenirliğinde iç tutarlılık analizi (Cronbach’s Alpha) .88 oldukça yüksek bulunmuştur, madde toplam korelasyonu incelenmiş ve herhangi bir maddenin ölçekten çıkarılmamasına karar verilmiştir ve zamana karşı değişmezliğin değerlendirilmesi için test tekrar test güvenilirliği için 30 hastaya iki hafta ara ile ölçek tekrar uygulanmıştır. Sonuç: Multipl Sklerozlu bireylerin öz yönetimlerinin değerlendirmesi amacıyla Türk toplumuna uyarlanan MS-ÖYÖ geçerli ve güvenilir bir araçtır.”Türkçeye uyarlanan MSSM-R, geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olup, multipl sklerozlu bireylerin öz-yönetim müdahalelerini desteklemek için hem klinik uygulamada hem de araştırmalarda kullanılabilir.

    Child And Adolescent Mindfulness Measure Turkish Validity And Reliability Study;
    (Galenos Publishing House, 2024) Bilaç, Ö.; Dikeç, G.; Akyol, C.K.; Kale, M.K.; Sapmaz, Ş.Y.; Kandemir, H.; Aydemir, Ö.
    Objectives: The number of studies on mindfulness in children and adolescents has rised in recent years, and it is crucial to evaluate the mindfulness-based interventions applied with standardized measurement tools. This aim of this study was to make the Turkish language validity and reliability of the Child and Adolescent Mindfulness Measure (CAMM), which can be used in children and adolescents about mindfulness, which has been very well-liked in recent years, and which has validity and reliability in many languages, and to bring it into our language for the ages of 9-18. Materials and Methods: The total sample of the current study consisted of 156 children and adolescents, 48 of whom were children and adolescents with any mental disorderdiagnosis according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5 (DSM-5). One hundred eight of them did not have any mental disorders diagnosis according to DSM-5, who had only periodic problems or were brought for counseling. Results: In the reliability analysis of the scale, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was found to be 0.76 for the whole scale. In test-retest reliability two weeks apart, the two measurements have a strong correlation between the measurements (r=0.634 p<0.0001). Conclusion: In conclusion, our findings show that the Turkish version of the CAMM is a valid and reliable measurement tool for the 9-18 age group. © 2024, Galenos Publishing House. Turkish Translation/Cultural Adaptation and Psychometric Analyses of the Affordances in the Home Environment for Motor Development-Infant Scale (ahemd-Is)
    (Sage Publications inc, 2023) Apaydin, Umut; Eraslan, Rabia; Balikci, Aymen; Elbasan, Buelent
    In this study we translated the Affordances in the Home Environment for Motor Development-Infant Scale (AHEMD-IS) into Turkish, adapted the instrument culturally, examined its psychometric properties within a Turkish population, and identified its limitations. We administered the AHEMD-IS to families of 65 premature or full-term Turkish infants and repeated this testing for 17 families after one-two weeks to establish test-retest reliability. We calculated the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) and Cronbach alpha coefficient to assess reliability, and we evaluated test validity using the Spearman's correlation coefficient and correlations with the Bayley-III motor development score. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.846, and, for test-retest reliability, the ICC score was 0.830. The Turkish AHEMD-IS total score was moderately correlated with the Bayley-III fine motor development score (r = 0.469, p < 0.001), the Bayley-III gross motor development score (r = 0.533, p < 0.001), and the Bayley-III total motor development score (r = 0.526, p < 0.001). The Turkish version of the AHEMD-IS was found to be valid and reliable for children born prematurely or at full-term. The use of this questionnaire in Turkey will facilitate the creation of a home environment that will support motor development in children between 3-18 months of age.

    Psychometric Properties of Turkish Version of the Behavioural Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire (breq-3)
    (Edizioni Luigi Pozzi, 2021) Ersoz, Gozde; Elmas, Aydan Gozmen; Asci, F. Hulya
    The aim of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of Behavioural Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire-3 (BREQ- 3). Four hundred-one male and 299 female exercisers participated in this study. The Behavioural Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire-3 BREQ-3, Basic Psychological Needs in Exercise Scale and Goal Orientation in Exercise Measure were administered with personal information form to all participants. The psychometric proporties of the scale were investigated using confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency, convergent and discriminant validity. Findings regarding the construct validity of the scale demonstrated that six-factor model showed acceptable fit to the data. The results demonstrated an adequate internal consistency. Furthermore, correlations of the behavioral regulations with goal orientations and basic needs satisfactions in exercise provided the evidence for the convergent and discriminant validity of the measure. In sum, results indicated that BREQ-3 is a reliable and valid scale in within the context of exercise in Turkey.
