Turkey, like many other nations, has witnessed favourable advancements in this domain. Buoyed by these positive trends and government support, Turkey has expanded its market presence in medical tourism. Concurrently, both public and private hospitals and clinics are endeavouring to capitalize on this growing market share by initiating fresh investments in the sector. This study focuses on assessing the performance of a private healthcare institution operating within Turkey.
