| dc.description.abstract | We have carefully reviewed the article titled ‘Developmental Care in Iran: An Approach to Optimal Utilization of Nursing Care Aimed at Reducing Long-term Complications in Preterm Neonates' with great interest. The author provides valuable insights into the correlation between developmental care and the mitigation of long-term complications, and we commend their efforts in shedding light on this crucial aspect. This letter aims to articulate our concerns regarding certain issues identified in the publication. While common and observed in various publications, these concerns have the potential to introduce bias into the study, as indicated by various research findings.
