Şâhidî Dîvânı Hakkında İki Çalışma Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract

Each study on the works of poets helps to comprehend their personalities, literary identities and the world of meaning of their poems. 16th century Muğlalı İbrahim Şâhidî, one of the valuable poets of the century, is also important in this context. Mustafa Çipan's Master’s Thesis on Şâhidî’s Dîvân and Nilgün Açık Önkaş’s work based on the poems in the poet’s Dîvân are among such studies. These studies evaluated in this article are valuable in terms of understanding and explaining Şâhidî as a Mevlevi poet, his poems, and his perspective on life.
